1. Use of Service
QuoteCloud grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access our platform to generate price quotes, commercial estimates, and invoices for your business operations in accordance with these terms.
2. User Responsibilities & Document Accuracy
You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all quotation calculations, pricing items, customer details, tax rates (such as GST or VAT), terms, and disclosures placed on documents generated through QuoteCloud.
3. Intellectual Property & Content
All branding, designs, logos, software code, and interfaces comprising the QuoteCloud application remain the intellectual property of QuoteCloud. All content, client details, and business data uploaded by you remain your property.
4. Limitation of Liability
QuoteCloud is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. QuoteCloud shall not be liable for any commercial disputes, lost revenue, or damages arising from quotation negotiations or transactions between you and your clients.
